WAREHOUSE WIRELESS PAGING SYSTEM

Procter & Gamble, a a global consumer goods company, required a comprehensive warehouse paging system to support voice paging, scheduled break bell alerts, and emergency mass notifications across two large warehouses and fulfillment centers, each exceeding 1.3 million square feet.
The objective was to implement a wireless communication solution capable of handling daily public announcements, shift and break change alerts, and instant emergency broadcasts for severe weather or critical safety events. Each warehouse paging system needed to deliver the following core capabilities:

Visiplex’s warehouse wireless paging system was deployed at both Procter & Gamble warehouses using a centralized wireless paging base station located in the main security office. Each base station controls a network of audio-visual wireless PA speakers with built-in beacon lights for break rooms and restrooms, wireless ceiling PA speakers for office areas, high-power wireless horn speakers for the main warehouse floor and outdoor zones, and wireless multi-color beacon lights strategically placed throughout the facility to enhance visibility and ensure ADA compliance.

During daily operations, the system delivers scheduled break bell and shift change alerts, along with routine live and pre-recorded public announcements.

Thanks to its modular, fully wireless design, the Visiplex warehouse wireless paging system was installed by Visiplex technicians without disrupting ongoing operations. Final system testing, commissioning, and on-site staff training were completed to guarantee reliable, seamless performance.
