The CT-106 Wireless Magnetic Sensor is designed to monitor locations such as doors and windows. When the magnet separates from the CT-106, a pre-programmed alphanumeric message is sent to pagers and/or LED display message boards. The CT-106 can also send an activation command to play pre-recorded audio from PA speakers, initiate two-way intercom communication, turn on dome lights or activate other wireless receivers.
Description
The CT-106 Wireless Magnetic Sensor is designed to monitor locations such as doors and windows. When the paired magnet separates from the CT-106, a pre-programmed alphanumeric message to wireless paging receivers such as pocket pagers, alphanumeric LED message boards and central monitoring stations. In addition, the CT-106 can send activation command to wireless PA speakers for pre-programmed message playback, remotely initiate a two-way intercom communication and activate wireless corridor dome lights.
The CT-106 can be programmed into “System Mode” where all its transmissions are being received and processed by a central paging controller. In this configuration the paging controller unit can initiate an automated sequence of paging events according to a pre-defined script for every CT-106 activity.
The CT-106 wireless magnetic sensor offers some unique features such as:
- Elevated Alert: Sends alert to supervisor pager when the call is not being cleared within pre-defined period of time.
- Alert Repeat: Repeat the alert (up to 9 times) as long as the call is not being cleared within pre-defined period of time.
- Delayed Activation: Delay the call transmission for a pre-defined time and will send alert if the call is not cleared.
- Supervision: Sends periodical status transmissions according to pre-defined intervals.
- Low Battery Alert: Automatically send a message to report low battery status
